Tired of buying expensive bees every year? Our swarm trap will help you catch your own “free” bees! Bee swarms come from strong colonies, these bees are primed to build wax fast. This trap is 53 liters, perfect for swarm collection. Insert some old brood comb, propolis or beeswax and lemongrass oil and hang! Catching swarms is addictive and so amazing to see them land in your trap. Hiving them is fairly straightforward. Our traps come with a roller plate, simply roll the entrance shut and transport to your apiary! Warning, catching swarms is addictive!!

Our traps have two styles

1. 2 frame ledge, allows for two frames plus a little wiggle room to move the frames. This prevents the frames from falling off the ledge when transporting. No one wants a frame full of bees falling to the bottom of the trap damaging the bees and making them angry. This trap will prevent the frames from falling during install and removal.

2. Full 5 frame ledge allows for 1-5 frames. Fully customizable for what you want in your trap.
